Gibault award funding in the amount of $150,000

We are honored to announce that Gibault Children’s Services has been awarded a Lilly Endowment Enhancing Residential Care for Children in Indiana Phase 1 Planning Grant in the amount of $150,000 for our project, “Building Safe Spaces for Healing: Comprehensive Safety and Therapeutic Environment Planning for Youth Residential Treatment at Gibault Children’s Services.”
This investment has allowed us to conduct a comprehensive assessment of our campuses, helping identify the most effective safety, infrastructure, and therapeutic environment improvements needed to better serve youth with complex behavioral health needs.
As we complete this important planning phase, we are excited to begin work on our Phase 2 proposal, which will build on these findings and seek support for transformational improvements that will create safer, more therapeutic spaces where children can heal, grow, and thrive.
We are deeply grateful to Lilly Endowment for investing in the future of Indiana’s children and strengthening residential treatment services across our state.
